RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Due to the handmade nature of Snoozy Studio products, I do not accept returns of custom or made-to-order products. All custom pieces are final sale.

NON-CUSTOM RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• The item must be returned in its original packaging

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Each Snoozy piece is handmade using real leather, as a handmade product using natural materials leather may feature some variations, markings or imperfections. These are not faults, but part of the character and individuality of each item.

If your order arrives damaged bro defective, pleased contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, I will arrange for a replacement or refund wherever appropriate.

NON RETURNABLE ITEMS

• Custom or personalised journals.
• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery.
