All Snoozy Studio journals are handmade in small batches. Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed and prepared before dispatch, up to 28 days for custom orders.

UK SHIPPING

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked services.

Estimated delivery time: 2-4 business days after dispatch.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

I ship worldwide, international orders are sent using tracked services.

Estimated delivery times may vary due to customs delays or local postal services.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT FEES

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees that may apply. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatches, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Snoozy is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

DELAYS

While I aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur during busy periods or due to postal disruptance, I appreciate your patience.
